Return Policy

We prioritize the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Leather is a natural material with unique characteristics and requires special care. That’s why we take our return and exchange policy very seriously, to ensure each piece is handled and preserved properly.
We offer returns for items received damaged, provided they are unworn and reported within 10 days of purchase. For other valid reasons, returns are accepted within two working days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, or if the item shows signs of wear, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
